@RealTomPowellJr Free is the wrong word. It's never free. Your taxes pay for it. And why not? Your taxes should do to things that improve your life

[K_M @KarenMalam]

@ALeighMP Is there anywhere i can listen to this speech?

[K_M @KarenMalam]

@idahanks8 @DavidPocock So true. I had a problem addressed by a specialist. Over time it it has become clear their treatment had an underlying flaw with the treatment plan. It's still an improvment, but there is no way for me to give them feedback other than a random very expensive appointment

[K_M @KarenMalam]

@ALeighMP I was just scrolling down my feed and saw your post, juts about to click on it when it just disappeared! The post I had just been on was there, so my feed had not refreshed... so what's going on? X throttling your account?

[K_M @KarenMalam]

@satoshigoy You are right. Turning the heat off the housing market is one example. Suddenly there is hope that young people may one day be able to buy a home

The left needs to " ...start playing by the same rules that govern the internet: wild speed, brazen humor, and zero bureaucracy."

@DrNeilStone I think the antivaxers need the same treatment as the far right in Brazil.
I.e. Don’t feed the trolls!
--->
Have you heard of the Brazilian method? The principle is simple: we mass-block far-right accounts to limit their presence in our feeds and we stop interacting with them

[K_M @KarenMalam]

@MarcoFoster_ @TheGoodLiars Wow, the echo chamber she must live in 🤯

[K_M @KarenMalam]

Good reminder. Don't feed the trolls

[enfu 🦦 @enfuisback]

@Abhishek060722 @grok "Why didn't she report?" Is the dumbest question ever. There are so many reasons not to report

@GrahamH82724528 @peters_malcolm Gina is welcome to take her business overseas where she can pay workers $2 an hour, as she wants

[K_M @KarenMalam]

@Stacy_g52 @AndreaAmati9 I did it for 32 years. Then I just stopped. We got back from holidays and I just didn't.
Hubby and grown kids have been picking up the slack for the last year.
Comments have been made and I just said "I did it for 32 years. I'm on a break!". No comeback for that

[K_M @KarenMalam]

@katea76 No, it's ai being pushed onto us in every aspect of everything

[K_M @KarenMalam]

@BowTiedHomeBake "Not attractive" and "do nothing for me" are different. Obviously they are attractive but they do nothing for me. I'm not on birth control. So maybe just know everyone has their own taste. Or more accurately, it takes more than looks for me to be interested

[K_M @KarenMalam]

@AConcernedPare2 I travelled all through Europe for 2 months with 3 kids. No airbnbs.
We got more than one room if we had to and the furthest away the older kids were was just down the hall. It was fine. Even the night when the fire alarm went off. Just collected the older ones on out way out

@METAVERZUZ Is there a single Australian who does not know the correct answer in Australia?
Nutbush

[K_M @KarenMalam]

@lizisamused @Elenabardyf Because you already like him. I totally agree, in this situation

[K_M @KarenMalam]

@Elenabardyf No. Unless I already like the man

[K_M @KarenMalam]

@wynnyng @michellmybell1 Body guard? Reluctantly or often? You have no urge to protect the one you love?
Odd jobs? Most people use professionals unless they enjoy it.
Accounting? This is not a gendered role. Plenty of women do all the finances, like my mum.
Should I list all the "women's jobs"?
