Recently had building works so not a safe place to throw things. We have not specified this as a safe place.
Should the parcel not have been taken back to the depot?

@oasis Well that didn’t work did it!!! I was signed in, got to the end of the queue after 6 hours, tried to purchase a ticket….But guess what…. No email! I have the app so was already signed in… another flaw!

@kl_support auto renewal due 26/10/20 no longer require it so took suggested action on your site to cancel the auto renew online. Get email to state renewed! Phoned C.service and she cancelled from 2021 after telling me will stop from now and refund. Not correct online or phone!
