My good friend Kim Berry is launching her own line of body butter, Marva Jean’s Le Beurre! I use this fabulous shea butter and I love it. The official launch is planned for May 31 (my mom's birthday!), but you can sign up now to be part of this amazing event: https://t.co/sk65rM275Z
@RightScopee He definitely did a lot to rescue free speech from the Left in this country and made himself a free-speech nuisance in other parts of the world. But I can only answer your question with a question: Trust him to do what?

I’ll be signing copies of The Angry Woman’s Book of Verse: On Not Being Quiet at Liberty Books in Lawrenceville on Friday, May 29 from 4–8 PM.
If you’re nearby, Id love to see you there.
Just received my first review (and a rating) for The Angry Woman’s Book of Verse—grateful beyond words.
If you’ve read it, reviews truly help the book reach more readers. Thank you.
I didn’t choose the “angry woman” motif to celebrate rage.
I chose it because anger is real—and powerful.
In my experience, it can either become something constructive, or it can turn into a storm that harms us and the people we love.
We talk a lot about empowerment. I think part of that is learning to direct the energy of our emotions instead of being controlled by them.
It’s not about avoiding anger.
It’s about deciding what we do with it.
My grandmother's house was the constant in my childhood.
While my family moved again and again, this was the place that stayed the same—the place everything seemed to return to.
Some places don’t just hold memories. They hold us steady.

@wagenfire1@CA_Dem Whether they hang together or hang separately, what matters most is that they hang. After due process has been exhausted, of course.
I had my first signing event this past weekend! If you haven't had the chance yet, check out my new poetry collection. Link in the comments for this post.
@JohnDyerWrites Here it is! I can't find it either, right now. I'm going to have to figure out what's going on with my X account.

What is angry-woman poetry about?
It’s about owning our emotions—and refusing to let them own us.
Anyone can make the world worse. Making it better takes strength.
That’s the work behind this book.
Some transformations leave nothing untouched.
