Karen Shepherd

Mum to 3 boys, 1 dog, 3 cats & 60+chickens. Love spending my spare time hiding on the moors helping train the CVSRT dogs. My day job is NHS / Marie Curie.

[Karen Shepherd @karenonthetwit]

@CHFTNHS disgusted with lack of compassion and care today following a relatives cancer diagnosis and waited all afternoon for a scheduled telephone call appointment to hear nothing. Now left in limbo over Christmas, how caring you are? 💔

[Karen Shepherd @karenonthetwit]

@YWHelp Will take them all day to get there….

[Karen Shepherd @karenonthetwit]

@YWHelp Todmorden town centre is gridlocked. Your traffic lights for a repair that’s been leaking 6 months are killing our town. Not acceptable, nothing is moving.

[Karen Shepherd @karenonthetwit]

@YWHelp Working but they are not allowing movement of traffic, taking best part of an hour to travel less than half a mile, queues are at least half a mile on 3 out of 4 junctions. No workmen on site, they could have been 3 hours into the repair by now, but nowhere to be seen 🙄

[Karen Shepherd @karenonthetwit]

@YWHelp There is no WORK going on, lights for a six month old leak with no work happening??

[Karen Shepherd @karenonthetwit]

@YWHelp Yes, our poor town is a car park 😒

[Karen Shepherd @karenonthetwit]

@wallboxchargers customer service give us a clue how to contact you? UK charger failed and needing help? Thanks 🙏🏻

@easyJetholidays Due to fly out Saturday, is the email offering a credit note the contact to customers you are relating to? Had an amendment email also with no amendments 🤷🏼‍♀️ we assume we are going as planned? Slightly confused 🤦🏼‍♀️

[Karen Shepherd @karenonthetwit]

@YWHelp Bottled water would be appreciated in the area, this is now day 3! Thanks.

[Karen Shepherd @karenonthetwit]

@YWHelp My details won’t be going public thanks! 2 bursts on Halifax road OL14 still water everywhere and no men onsite?

[Karen Shepherd @karenonthetwit]

@YWHelp This is becoming a problem, no water still, been intermittent since 4pm Friday. No updates?

[Karen Shepherd @karenonthetwit]

@Calder_High communication from school regarding Iceland trip fiasco would have been appreciated, rather than hearing it from upset children 😡 You should be ashamed.

[Karen Shepherd @karenonthetwit]

@RayburnSports what is happening in Iceland, no coaches, kids stuck in hotel and no communication to parents. This is not acceptable. Trip of a lifetime NOT 😡

[The Afghan Rug Shop @afghanrugshop]

We are 7 today! The last few years have been trying, not least with the issues in the UK, but the major changes in Afghanistan have had just as much impact on us and the people we directly support.

[Karen Shepherd @karenonthetwit]
