@westelm we’ve had a bad experience with an order…placed Feb. 20th. Few weeks later, delivery was scheduled for the 16th of March. We were then notified the day prior, that it’d be delayed. Since then, no update. We called the 25th trying to get an update but no one could help.

@Xfinity purchased NBA league pass through you but cannot watch on mobile using NBA app when I authorize and link my Xfinity account. Already contacted NBA support who mentioned it’s an issue with cable provider. I’ve called in to support and no one’s been able to help.
