Mindline is now available 24/7. It is a confidential listening service which provides a safe place to talk if you, or someone you know, is in distress. They can also give basic information about mental health and local support services.
Summary: Moral injury isn't an illness, it is part of the normal human experience. Perspective matters to help make people feel less alone, so talk through the experience.
Conclusion: Most people will be ok at the end.
