@RadoxUK we understand the sustainability reasons for removing the #showergel hook, but that’s the main reason we buy it, as saves shower rack space. Scouring our area for the versions with hooks. Why not keep the hook and offer refill pouches? Or find a more sustainable hook?
@itvx …and now doom “sorry it looks like there’s an issue with ITVX at our end. Please try again later”. This is really just not good enough. Our Sat night spoilt, won’t be relying on this channel for entertainment again.
@itvx cleared cache, got a ‘something went wrong message’. Rebooted again. Finally back in after 20 mins but it forgot where I was up to so having to rewatch from the start, but now spoiling again 🙁

There's a few things you can try to resolve this:
Restart your router (unplug it/power it off for 30 seconds)
Clear your device and app cache
Power cycle your device (unplug it/power it off for 30 seconds)
Uninstall/Reinstall the app
Check for software and app updates

@ITVX it’s happening again, spinning wheel of doom only 10 mins into Malpractice, the only app on our tv that does this 🙁 Now stuck and unable to reboot it!

@Dave_AFCB Agree, the ad ends up creepy and the woman looks deranged. Assume inspired by one of the face-changing apps, not sure how it got through the creative approval process? Not encouraging me to shop more @Tesco
