@reredevaux Awe, what a majestic beauty! “Imperial Tempo” reminds me of composer Grieg’s ‘Hall of the Mountain King’. It utilizes a relentless, steadily accelerating tempo and a massive crescendo to perfectly capture the feeling of mounting triumph!

@reredevaux You are a special one! All class! Thank you for sharing your gift with us! The bond between you and Golden Tempo is movie material. Reminds me of Secretariat and Penny Chenery. So much love and respect. What a wonderful story you’ve written.🏆🏇❤️
@reredevaux Brava Golden Tempo! 🏆👑🥇
What a beautiful soul! I had tears when you crossed the finish line. What a champion and beautiful soul! Congratulations @reredevaux ! 💕🏇
@actionxander Would love to see you visit some of the Springs in Florida. I grew up there and we used to go to many of the state parks with the springs. I miss it very much and am enjoying your adventures. 🐬🐠🐊☀️🌊
'WE WANT TO BRING HER HOME' 🙏 The search is intensifying for an injured service dog that ran away after being hit by a truck over the weekend in Jacksonville, leaving a Navy veteran from Iowa refusing to leave the city without her. https://t.co/Iqs10BN4MV
Memorial Day will always mean more to our family than cookouts or a long weekend.
It’s the sound of boots on concrete.
The weight of a folded flag in shaking hands.
Three children growing up with memories instead of a father.
A headstone in Section 60 with a date that changed the course of all our lives forever.
SSG Alan W. Shaw, was killed in Iraq on February 9, 2007. He was 31 years old. He didn’t get the chance to come home, grow old, meet grandchildren, or live the quiet life so many of us take for granted.
That’s what Memorial Day means to us.
It’s not abstract. It’s not political. It’s personal.
But over the years, I’ve also realized something else. The men we honor today did not give everything so America would sit in mourning forever. They believed in life. In freedom. In family. In backyard barbecues, ballgames, loud laughter, and the simple privilege of being home.
So yes, remember them. Speak their names. Teach your children who they were. Fly the flag. Visit the cemetery.
And then live.
Live in a way worthy of what they gave up for the rest of us. Because they are never truly gone as long as somebody is still speaking about them. 🇺🇸
It was an honor to visit your husband’s grave today on your behalf, and to pay my respects. It was wonderful to see the beautiful flowers representing many others who did the same. Our nation owes a debt of gratitude to those who made the ultimate sacrifice, and to the loved ones they left behind. Thank you for your service and sacrifice @SharrellAnne2 🙏🏽
@TulsiGabbard@DNIspox@SharrellAnne2 You are a beautiful soul. God bless you and your precious husband in the days ahead. Thank you for your sacrifice and great love of America. I pray for total restoration and healing for your precious husband. May you feel God’s warm embrace and love. Thank you Alan Shaw. 🇺🇸🙏
Thank you to Diane Lane for narrating The Lost Horses: “A Thoroughbred’s Grace” to help raise awareness around the urgent need to protect America’s horses and end the slaughter pipeline for good.
We are also deeply grateful to our supporters in the Thoroughbred industry, including @1st_racing, for helping us drive forth legislation protecting horses of every breed and discipline.

I don’t care who gets upset by this: President Trump, thank you for something bigger than politics.
Thank you for waking up every day at 79 years old and carrying pressure most people could never handle.
Thank you for the missed meals, lost family time, sleepless nights, constant travel, nonstop attacks, and the weight of leading a nation that always demands more.
Thank you for standing back up every single time people tried to tear you down. Thank you for enduring criticism, lies, betrayal, and pressure that would have destroyed most people.
Thank you for giving up comfort, privacy, peace, and the life you already had to sit in one of the toughest positions in the world and fight for this country.
You didn’t need to do any of this. You already had the wealth, success, properties, lifestyle, and freedom.
You could have walked away. Instead, you chose sacrifice. You chose responsibility. You chose America.
Thank you for everything you carried that many people never truly saw. Thank you for continuing to put this country before yourself.
We see you. We appreciate you. And we thank you.
God bless you. God protect you. And may God continue giving you the strength to carry what most people never could.
Army veteran Brendan Jones rescued his dog from ISIS territory over a decade ago. Now, 11-year-old Lucy sits in an animal shelter after authorities removed her from the family's farm over a neighbor dispute.
'We're hoping that her life is bookended by miracles. One to get her here, to save her from the Islamic State, and one to get her out of the hands of our own state,' the heartbroken family said.
I would love to see the Trump administration address the widespread animal neglect and animal abuse that is happening on Skid Row, in addition to the cruel and inhumane animal testing happening all around the country.
The neglect of animals is honestly one of the biggest issues in the upcoming Los Angeles Mayoral race.
@KarenBassLA is allowing for animals to be abused, shot up with drugs and bred and sold for drug money in Los Angeles homeless encampments. @joey_tuccio has done a great job exposing this, but we need the federal government to get involved in saving these animals since Karen Bass is refusing to help these animals.
Personally, I think the Trump administration should create a Department of Animal Welfare and I would love to be the Animal Welfare Czar so we can crack down on animal abuse and animal neglect all across the country.

The activists who finally forced Ridglan Farms to release 1,500 beagles from the most wretched conditions, and thus saved them from sadistic experimentation, are some of the bravest and most dedicated people you can meet.
