I’m far from perfect. I’ve made wrong decisions that I once thought were the right ones. The impact of the effects reached beyond myself. Mistakes may require more than “I’m sorry” and a decision to move forward, but that’s the place to start.
Own it. Forgive it. Rebuild it.
“I’m proud of you for every hard thing you bring yourself to do.”
You’re the one who knows what is hard for you.
So I hope when you read the words in quotes, your inner voice says them to you and you hear yourself—the one who knows how hard it was—telling you good job.
I’ve noticed that with every killing of an unarmed black person, there are white folks who decide that they want to “fight racism.”
I’m not here tryna kill your vibe, I’m happy you’re here, but it’s also time for some honesty. So let’s sit down and have a chat.
THIS from @ntwrightonline is very soothing to me today, a reminder that lament is a gift in this season.

I just can’t get behind saying our 2nd amendment rights are sacred. I think all Americans have the right to a firearm, but that has a lot more to do with our constitution and a lot less to do with the Holy Bible. Lord, help us if that’s what the Church considers sacred.
Yes, I did turn down an invite from a college senior to midnight breakfast to get some sleep.

It doesn’t seem real sometimes. I’m IN Asia. This Mae Sot Street I’ve biked dozens of times will be half a world away in 3 days. ♥️ Reminded yet again that if “home is where the heart is” I’ve got a new city to add. What a summer. See you soon #USA

We are all pearls of great price bought by a merchant who knew we were worth giving up EVERYTHING. That same merchant is worth surrendering everything to gain. I am His treasure and He is mine. #KnowYourValue#KnowWhatsValuable
Tomorrow, I get to ADVENTURE.
I get to face the new and exciting with BRAVERY amidst anxiety. I get to FLY on 4 planes and LIVE in Thailand for the next 78 days. All because God uses the BELIEF and GENEROSITY of others to provide.
OVERWHELMED.
