It is Day 4 of Columbia students reading the names of our martyrs and there is no coverage whatsoever. Unless they can turn it into a culture war or controversy, journalists have no interest in any of the work that student organizers continue to do.
Something I hear a lot is, "It would be easier to speak out on Palestine if I were Jewish." And when this comes from white people, not Palestinians, let me assure you:

NYPD forcibly removed hijabs from multiple muslim columbia students in jail, we kept chanting “let her wear her hijab” over and over from inside our cells. one of them was told to shut up by an officer when she demanded to get back her hijab. columbia unleashed these pigs on us.
Just watch the first two minutes. You hear tasers going off; students are screaming throughout. They are thrown to the ground, assaulted.
We see the police throw students down the stairs as the cops also push away press.
