Hon. Registrar @joshuamalidzo, see the bad manners and slippery slope arising from @KideroEvans and @HEBabuOwino precedents that somw of us have been decrying!

After @WilliamsRuto accused @edwinsifuna of extorting Governors (and no Governor has ever come out to lend veracity to these claims), I checked the records to draw a head to head analysis of all allegations against the two. Note that the Ruto ones here are only a tiny fraction of all.

2. KPC land.
3. Muteshi's land.
4. Involvement in PEV.
5. KCAA land where Weston-super-Mare Hotel stands.
6. Jirongo's public claims of a daylight strangling in Kitale.
7. G to G fuel deals kickbacks.
8. Affordable housing single sourced contracts.
9. Gen Z murders and kidnaps since 2024.
10. Maize scandal in 2009.
11. The eating of Arror and Kimwarer Dams funds.
12. Diversion of Eurobond priceeds.
13. Over Kshs 100b in procurement of SHA system.
14. ICC witness tampering and case manipulation.

I actually stopped at 20 when AI gave me a list that would take two days to type!
Head to head, the allegations roll speaks for itself!
Netflix just confirmed in an SEC filing that it paid $587 million in cash for Ben Affleck's 16 person AI startup. That's about $37 million per employee.
And the model is the least valuable thing they bought.
Affleck's logic, in his own words, was that public video models were trained on his peers' films, and he didn't think that was a real business. You can't sell studios a tool their own lawyers would sue over. So InterPositive raised money, spent 8 months shooting its own dataset on a controlled stage, and used that footage only for late-stage training, so output hits real production standards instead of demo-reel quality.
Then comes the part Netflix actually paid for. Each new film fine-tunes a private model on its own dailies. The production keeps the footage and keeps the weights.
Dailies might be the cleanest video training data on earth. Professionally lit, continuity tracked, shot at a ratio of hours of footage per usable minute, with every rights question already settled in the contracts. Hollywood generates this at industrial scale every day, and until now it all went into a vault after the edit.
Affleck was on Rogan in January calling AI writing mid and the valuations overblown, while running this company in stealth since 2022. Turns out the two positions were consistent. Scraped models were the ones he called worthless. The one with clean title to everything it learned was the one he sold for half a billion.
Netflix says around 300 of its titles have already used generative AI. The $587 million bought the pipeline that makes the next 300 defensible in court.
A project worth 2 trillion and we should just believe word of mouth with no documentation in the scene.
That bill to hide information from Kenyans for up to 30 years is meant to hide such transactions.
Reading were docked two points in 2024 for the late payment of the c.£100,000 tax bill to HMRC. So the precedent dictates City should have a min. 120 point deduction for this one charge alone.
Article 35 (1) Every citizen has the right of access to information held by the State.
Article 35 (3): The State SHALL publish and publicise any important information affecting the nation.
Disclosure of information is a Constitutional imperative not something left to the whims of one person. The era of secretive deals negotiated in the dark will end when we kick this current regime out and return our country back to the rule of Law.
Pep Guardiola is now the face of two major footballing investigations & controversies. Barcelona's payments to Negreira (2001-2018) & City's decades of financial doping & systemic corruption (2008-2026).
His career is intrinsically linked to cheating & that's not even factoring in his testing positive to nandrolone as a player, six times the legal limit & his relationships with doctors who have direct ties to doping.
But please, keep telling me he didn't know a thing.
Lawyers on £400,000 a week couldn’t defend a single charge of 115 BUT fear not, mcscotty808 has “read the majority of the documents” and has found holes in the case!
A lifeline here for Manchester City!
How can a club that struggles to fill up their stadium week in week out claim to have generated more revenue annually than Real Madrid in the years where Real Madrid won the Champions League 3 times in a row? Even cheating needs some level of intelligence.
Lads, we've been found guilty and the punishments are inevitable anyway.
Let's double down on the crimes by lying to players about a fake rebuild “project.”
Let's nuke the transfer market for everyone by spending £116m on Anderson, £100m on 18-year-old Bouaddi, and £125m on Enzo Fernández.
Absolutely a cancer of a club. Wipe them off the face of the earth.
They all drank the Kool-Aid and believed the owners. They didn't once sit back and think... How on earth, have we, who were PL journeymen all of a sudden got a record £400m deal with Etihad Airways in 2011, and are turning over revenue more than Real Madrid.
Thick.
