If you study philosophy, spirituality, and psychology deeply enough, you eventually realize that every school of thought is saying the same thing. They all point to a single underlying truth—some more directly than others.
This convergence exists because we live in a universe of order and causality. Nothing is random, though it appears that way to ordinary consciousness. Everything in reality is perfectly designed, patterned, and orchestrated. The greatest minds in history have glimpsed these hidden threads, each to a different degree.
What we call “philosophy” is simply the measure of how clearly the thinker has perceived these threads.
There’s something to note from Warren Buffett's farewell:
"Don’t beat yourself up over past mistakes – learn from them and move on. It’s never too late to improve. Find the right heroes and copy them."
I find the idea of graduates being " job ready " ridiculous. A graduate isn't supposed to know the internal workings of Safaricom for example. But they should be able to get the hang of it within a few weeks.
