To rise again, to start anew, to take up the journey, we always need to return to Galilee, that is, to go back to the living, concrete and palpable memory of our first encounter with him.
Abandoned, Christ stirs us to seek and love Him in the abandoned. For they are not only people in need, but He is there - Jesus abandoned - the One who saved us by descending to the depths of our human condition. #PalmSunday
“My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” (Mt 27:46). These are the words that bring us to the very heart of Christ’s passion, the culmination of the sufferings He bore to save us. #PalmSunday
On the cross, Christ put Himself in solidarity with us so that each of us can say: In my failures, in my desolation, when I feel betrayed and abandoned, You are there, Jesus. When I feel I can’t take it anymore, you are with me. In all my unanswered “why's”, you are with me.

Crossroads isn't just about basketball.
The Pilots capped a 23-12 season with a 3-0 victory over Crossroads League rival Taylor, the program’s first NAIA National Pool Play victory since 1998. This is the third straight season Bethel earned a bid to the NAIA National Tournament.
The Pilots will face two strong opponents in pool play at the NAIA National Tournament in Sioux City next week. The winners of each of the eight pools advance to bracket play, which culminates with the championship match on Tuesday, Dec. 6. @BUPilots
