Then he said end the ride and make the entire payment, even though he didn’t drop me to my destination. He said ‘I’ve started the car so you have to pay me, I don’t care.’ Eventually I called my husband to pick me up from the middle of the road, we paid and left.
This is appalling, @rentomojo! What’s the point of being in business and having supposed customer care facilities if you can’t even cater to your customers in a proper and timely manner? Kindly intervene and resolve this matter immediately!

Appalled at the complete lack of accountability and response time. Their nannies also don’t come verified and have aadhar cards with data that don’t match their actual information.
Absolutely horrible customer service by @BookMyBai! They take the entire amount with no responsibility. We had a nanny come to our doorstep and literally go back in two hours citing a personal crisis. Coordinators are irresponsive and slow at such times as well. @anupamsinhal
Got a call from @bhartiaxalife, I showed interest and asked for details. After a week, I decided to go with someone else. The rude behaviour and ranting I have faced after that was pathetic! Glad I didn’t do #business with you guys! Hopeless #customer treatment! #Investment#Fail
At the end of the conversation where she realised this customer is not going to shut up with just a small refund, she offered a reorder for the missing item. Waiting for it to reach me and hopefully this time I will have my entire order delivered. #homms
For a missing or wrongly delivered item on @Swiggy we are only offered a partial refund for that item. Is it easier to now just throw money at the customer and get done with it rather than actually have their food reordered or replaced from the restaurant? @harshamjty
