Success rates at micro1 account interviews especially for American or western jobs atleast for medical jobs is like 5% maximum. I am a reviewer for dental jobs in a certain task and there’s no African at all, most of them are Indians in UK and Hispanics in the USA in the medical field.
Basically Americans and British. There’s no clear manual but the best thing is trying as many jobs as possible.
This week that’s from Sunday to date I have done 10 interviews and I have failed all of them!! So doleful
