I confess to almighty God and to you , my brothers and sisters, that I greatly sinned in my thoughts and in my words, in what I have done and in what I have failed to do, through my fault, through my fault, through my most grievous fault; therefore I asked blessed Mary, ever-Virgin,
all the Angels and Saints, and you, my brothers and sisters,
to pray for me to the Lord our God.
Amen
I was extremely happy to sign a US$12m agreement with the World Bank for the first phase of the Kingston Waterfront Improvement (“KIWI”) Project. This project, which will be implemented by the UDC and JSIF, will eventually develop a public park on the
Kingston Waterfront and will invest in lives, livelihoods and the revitalization of communities in adjoining areas.

Unemployment Insurance will provide a means of income stabilization for Jamaicans who lose their job.
Unemployment insurance will therefore improve Jamaica’s social stability and our ability to recover from shocks.
