@Tesco yet again a home delivery fails to arrive. Received email to say order all picked etc, money taken from my bank account, no delivery updates, cannot contact the store, and cannot get through to customer service! Awful customer service.

@eon_next yet again your customer service is appalling! Can’t speak to a manager, can’t speak to a case handler, can’t escalate a complaint, you’ve not followed the Ombudsman’s instructions, & your staff say the Ombudsman is incorrect. What does it take to get to speak to someone

@eon_next I’ve spent 2 hours on the phone tues & Thurs with promises of calls back and nothing. I’ve sent multiple emails and only get a reply from the same person who is part of the issue!

@JDSports awful service yet again! Ordered on 3rd. Website says items in stock. Then get email on 9th to say order cancelled! Quick to take peoples money, but customer service is awful!

@JDSports yet again an order cancelled a week after it was placed! Website says in stock, order placed, email confirmed order. A week later email to say out of stock, and have to wait 3-5 days for a refund! Awful customer service
