@SouthwestAir as a rapid rewards member and credit card holder, I am very disappointed. I was going on a trip with my wife, my mom and my MIL. Instead of dinner in Vegas we are stuck in abq Airport. We had to cancel our airport transportation. Make it right. Please help us.

@AmericanAir “ask” means tell to you?Agent was extremly rude. When Im an hour early they wouldnt refuse to check my bags! Why did I need to run through TSA & then you let me check my bag anyways?But I didnt get to take my toiletries all because your agent was rude and refused to check my bag
