You rarely get to see her giving a speech about how she operates. She has done this for a long time and that's why people say she is absolutely poisonous to any group she joins. She inevitably has a falling out with someone and then she tries to pull in and destroy the person's friends over it. People have different levels of tolerance for her emotional abuse, so she will select a person that she thinks is less strong than the one who has been confronting her about her behavior and she will threaten to attack THAT person to punish the one who is confronting her about her behavior. She then frames her attacks on the "friend" as the fault of the person who has been confronting her.

This is fascinating. Karlyn says she will handle this "like an adult" by approaching people behind the scenes to get them to turn against Adam Green. But when people did this about HER...when people said to others behind the scenes, "Yo, be careful of this woman, she's hostile and vindictive"...she was upset about it.
