@TheNBACentral This is obvious, not a hot take at all. If Oscar was born in 2000 and spent a lifetime developing current nba required skillset, he’d probably be one of the best players on earth. If you put the 1960’s version of him in an nba game today he’d be useless

From a Celtics fan, this is a super soft take. If you outplay a team in a 7 game series then you fully deserve to get a shot at the next stage. No mention of the heat destroying the bucks either. C’s came up short this year, let’s win a chip next year

Celtics had a better year than Miami and everyone but delusional Heat fans understand that. Why was it better? Because everyone knows outside of a fluke series Boston could've actually won it all. It's common sense. The heat being in the finals this year was, is and will always be one of the saddest, worst finals any of us have ever witnessed. Just like TCU in the natl. Championship game.

No one looks back on it and says TCU was more talented than Michigan nor do they even say TCU had a better season.

You don't get exposed and embarrassed in NATL title game or NBA finals and get people to believe it was anything more than a fluke.

As with Michigan, ppl look at the Celtics and say, "they had the talent to win it. They just let it slip... It was an all time upset by TCU/Heat that should've never happened"

So, not sorry at all to be the one to break it down for y'all... Ur season wasn't better. It was a joke... A complete fluke u made it to the finals and that's how it'll be remembered by everyone except for y'all....
