Last time I checked, @amazon prime items are supposed to be delivered in 2 days. However, after 7 days and speaking with 4 customer service reps, guess who STILL doesn’t have packages that have been promised for days?

@AmazonHelp Yes, by 7 days 👌🏼 and I keep giving delivery instructions but no one is listening and day after day of speaking with the logistics center and the online support - no packages.
