Another issue found in @InstagramComms , Whenever user views a reel in chat 1 and then goes to chat 2 and click on a replied message reel then that reel shows the chat1 username instead of chat 2 username.
This is the discrepancy here.

I found one security issue in @InstagramComms . Any unavailable message can be viewed by recipient when replied over it. In order to reply , user has to swipe it which eventually shows the original reel in reply box.User can click on it and view the reel (Originally Unavailable).
