@GrahamSpiers Had a major issue with Enterprise in Edinburgh airport few yrs back, via Expedia also. Both were as bad as each other, in the end my bank via Mastercard resolved the issue. Paranoid now with any car rental from any company tbh. Hope you got it sorted
