@adamhjk For me it is beneficial to have it check my English. It will still be my voice just in a slightly better version. 😀 In a Marketing use case I like that it enables Marketers to embed SEO considerations and in the future it will allow them to run global multi-language campaigns.

@Nikolay_A00 Joining a running group helped me particularly for the long runs. Having a training plan was helpful as well so I got enough miles each week.
Remembering that once you run 12 k it doesn‘t matter if you run 15 or 18 k - at that point your body can do it - it is mental strengths
