New Paper in Marine Ecology!

Join us on July 17th for "Thank you for biting? Understanding and leveraging microbial symbioses to mitigate global change impacts", a community lecture with Dr. Adrienne Correa, our 2024 lecturer in the Dr. Donald L. Mykles Distinguished Lecture Series: https://t.co/qzJm40353x
Our pre-college students have packed a lot into their time at the @ucdavis Bodega Marine Lab and Reserve! Their adventures included exploring the rocky intertidal zone, made algal pressings, kayaked in Bodega Harbor, and hiked on the Bodega Marine Reserve: https://t.co/9Xkybt0aDQ
As Lead Mentor for UCD CMSI I learned how to merge my passion for marine science with mentorship to empower the next generation! I’m so grateful for this opportunity and look forward to growing more as a scientist and educator! 🧪 + ✏️ + 🤝= 📈
What does it mean to be a good mentor? For @karolchaMicroba, embracing the role of @ucdavis Marine and Coastal Science Major Lead Mentor has meant helping undergraduates bridge the gap between their identities and their futures as scientists: https://t.co/n4avi4pNDY
Join us for the Bodega Marine Laboratory 2024 Seminar Series on 6/5 at 3pm for "Coastal Respiration Quotient and Its Limitations", presented by Alli Moreno, an Assistant Professor at UC Santa Cruz.
