A client wants to sell more cleaning products. Sounds boring, right?
It's not about what you sell. It's how you show it. So I built a landing page just for garages and workshops, with the products they actually use, a bundle creator and a campaign we'll track in Well Done Suite. Every industry can be made interesting
I don't think so. It's definitely harder to break through with a new project. That was easy to predict, given how easy it's become to build new apps. But I think the winners will be the companies and solopreneurs who care about product quality, good communication and real relationships with their customers. I hope one day I'll prove it :)
Your past explains you, but it doesn't excuse you. Heard it on a podcast with @RyanSerhant a few days ago and I keep coming back to it. Where I started explains a lot about me. It's still not a reason to do less.
Most of my code for my work goes through AI these days. Reviewing it is almost as important as writing it. You can ask your agent to review its own work. It will miss what you weren't specific about.
My mate built @thinkreviewdev for this. It's the best control over findings and fixes I've had so far.
@AdaInfliq My issue is attention. It may sound like something is broken, but it isn't. The emails are tailored, the domain and dns are set up and the copy is goog enough to make you stop and read. The problem is getting someone to open it in the first place.
It feels like email marketing doesn't work anymore.
Every inbox is full of AI written outreach. Even when you write each email yourself, it gets lost in the pile. Is anyone still getting replies from cold email?
@ColdEmailDaily That's not quite what I meant. Email feels less attractive as a channel to reach someone. When people get hundreds of generated emails, it's hard to grab their attention, even with a narrow list
New in the Console: connect your AI agent to Well Done Suite over MCP.
Ask which invoices are unpaid, update a price, draft a reminder. It works as you, and it never deletes anything.
Talk to your business
No creative work today. Outreach emails, new integrations for Well Done Suite, and client projects in between.
That's what most days look like in a new business.

Editing photographs from our last Cars N Coffee Liverpool meet. Really happy with them. Makes me want to get back to vlogging, and with https://t.co/GKBMxwMWgL launching I might finally have the time
New in Well Done Suite this week.
An Analysis tab on Opportunities, Quotes and Enquiries. A to do list on every sales stage with @mentions. Full profile pages for people and companies. WooCommerce order tracking from the console.

Ideas in your notes, drafts in one tool, calendar in another, approvals scattered across emails. Sound familiar?
I built Well Done Suite to bring content planning, approvals, publishing and analytics into one console.
I'm back. Didn't waste much time.
Launched Well Done Suite. One console that helps businesses run day to day. Content, marketing, business KPIs, customer service, communication and productivity in one place.
And this is just the start.
