I'll probably use contoured cardboard for the surface, smoothed out and flocking powder for nice finish? I want this dock to look like high end furniture... like a record player
Okay electromagnet landing pads work actually pretty well. Just gotta train a landing routine and we have a the full auto land/recharge cycle active, aka 24/7 flying if rotate a few drones

@tozmoon911 I would love this and it’s actually where I started but it’s just not happening with this specific drone, which is my constraint… all things considered slapping down 4 magnets in a rectangle seems the best solution for me (cost, maintenance, time to value etc)
@BajiraoDigital I was thinking of 4 flat square panels with a little give just like the round contacts… ultimately the accuracy of the landing routine can be dialed in enough already to not have to find hardware solutions for landing misalignment tolerance
