@Airtel_Presence I’ve been trying to disconnect my Airtel WiFi since April. I couldn’t find a proper way to raise the request, and it was almost impossible to reach customer care. Finally, I got through and asked them to disconnect. They raised a ticket, and later asked if they could close it. I assumed disconnection was in progress, so I said “okay” to closing it. But nothing happened.

Then on May 13, I sent an email requesting disconnection again. Got a reply saying it would be processed. No technician came. I followed up again and again. They kept saying I was "unreachable" — while I was replying to their emails!

I thought Airtel would eventually send someone to disconnect, at least from May 13. But that didn’t happen either. Now, after all this delay, I’m receiving calls saying I have a pending payment of ₹2,644.22.

I told them repeatedly that I already raised a disconnection request. Finally, after many attempts, I reached customer care again — and now they’re telling me my email is mapped to another customer named Nandhagopal, which is why I didn’t get proper follow-up.

How is that my problem? I’m receiving bill emails to my email address, but somehow I’m “unreachable”? You’re billing me for a service I’ve been trying to disconnect for 3 months, due to Airtel’s delays, ticket mishandling, and system errors.

I will not pay for your negligence. Fix this.

Dont get Airtel wifi, they will torture you they wont disconnect wifi connection even if you ask for multiple times, and they will ask to pay the payment even after disconnecting the wifi. #Airtelscam #scam @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@pmcchennai @IMAX @PicturesPVR @INOXMovies please fix the project, screen and lighting in Imax screen in phoenix chennai. Went to see superman 3D imax and after the interval projector started to show only green color and then one side glass didn't work it becomes black it continues for a few times. Also the screen was very dirty there are some marks and dirt in the screen it disturbs during screening, and as I have already mentioned in my previous post, entrance and exit lights are disturbing the screen like 25% of the screen is entry and exit light. Like this left bottom corner. Its distracting. Please fix this.

While watching #Superman It felt like I was reading a comic book, it was so good. Many of them are comparing it with #ManOfSteel, but I think both are good. MOS is dark and epic, #SupermanMovie is Bright and more Human.

Is it only me that even if someone says that this movie got some twist in it, I consider it a spoiler.
When I watch that movie my mind will keep thinking about what the twist will be and when it is going to come.
