so i requested them to change to gobichettipalayam but they changed it to avinashi but not to Gobichettiyapalayam. Already 10k kms rideded, @OlaElectric should take some responsibilities to complete by permanent registration... Tired of raising tickets and speaking with ola team.

@OlaElectric Purchased scooter on 27th sep and received on 23rd oct, permanent registration not yet completed. First time your called and asked me to go erode for registration but my residence will come under gobichettipalayam RTO, so I asked him to change the location.

If there will be a penalty for late registration then @OlaElectric is responsible and liable for that.

After there is no call regarding registration. Only one week left to complete a month. Yesterday raised ticket for the issue. Today called customer care from my registered no. but IVR saying that my mobile no. isn't registered.

@royalsundaram It's very unfair to not give a refund for the policy which I cancelled earlier but auto debited.. After your letter for policy price change I immediately cancelled but you debited the amount and debating with me about the refund.Pls help me to get my r fund 100%
