முன்னாள் பள்ளிக்கல்வித் துறை அமைச்சர் அன்பில் மகேஷ் பொய்யாமொழி அவர்களிடம் ஒரு நேரடியான கேள்வி:

கழிப்பறை இல்லை, உடற்கல்வி ஆசிரியர் இல்லை, கணினி ஆசிரியர் இல்லை, பள்ளி வளாகம் முழுவதும் புதர்கள் மண்டித் கிடக்கின்றன... இப்படிப்பட்ட அடிப்படை வசதிகள்கூட இல்லாத அரசுப் பள்ளிகள் இருந்தபோது, உங்களுடைய முன்னுரிமை எங்கே இருந்தது?

இன்று இந்த நிலையை வெளிச்சத்திற்குக் கொண்டு வந்தவர்களைக் குறை கூறுவதற்குப் பதிலாக, இந்த அவலநிலை ஏன் உருவானது என்பதற்கு மக்களுக்குப் பதில் சொல்லுங்கள்.

நான் சிவகாசி அரசுப் பள்ளிக்குச் சென்றது அரசியல் செய்வதற்காக அல்ல. அது என் தொகுதி! அந்த மாணவர்களின் குரலைச் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அமைச்சரிடம் கொண்டு சேர்ப்பது என் உரிமையும், என் கடமையுமாகும்.

நான் 1-ஆம் வகுப்பு முதல் 12-ஆம் வகுப்பு வரை தமிழ்வழிக் கல்வியில் படித்தவள். இன்று அந்தக் குழந்தைகளில் ஒருத்தியாகவே என்னைப் பார்க்கிறேன். உயர்கல்விக்கும், கார்ப்பரேட் உலகிற்கும் நான் சென்றபோது, அரசுப் பள்ளியில் படித்துவிட்டு வரும் மாணவர்கள் எதிர்கொள்ளும் சவால்களை நானே நேரடியாக அனுபவித்திருக்கிறேன். அதனால்தான், இந்த மாணவர்களின் எதிர்காலம் எனக்கு அரசியலைவிட மிக முக்கியமானது!

தமிழ்நாட்டின் எதிர்காலம் இந்த மாணவர்களின் கைகளில்தான் இருக்கிறது. அவர்களுக்கு அடிப்படை வசதிகள்கூட இல்லாமல் விட்டுவிட்டு, உண்மையைச் சொல்பவர்களைக் குறை கூறுவது தீர்வாகாது.

மேலும் ஒரு விஷயம்...
இணையத்தில் வைரலாகும் அந்த வீடியோவை எடுத்தது எங்கள் குழு அல்ல; என்னுடன் வந்திருந்த ஊடகங்கள்தான் அந்தக் காட்சிகளைப் பதிவு செய்தன. ஆகவே, வீடியோவை யார் எடுத்தார்கள் என்பதல்ல இங்கே கேள்வி; அந்த வீடியோவில் ஏன் அப்படிப்பட்ட அவலநிலை இருந்தது என்பதுதான் உண்மையான கேள்வி!

என் மீது பொய்யான கதைகளைக் கட்டி, மக்களின் கவனத்தைத் திசைதிருப்ப முயற்சிப்பதை விடுத்து, பள்ளிகளின் தரத்தை உயர்த்துவதில் கவனம் செலுத்துவதே இப்போதைய தேவை.

மாண்புமிகு முதலமைச்சர் அவர்களின் வழிகாட்டுதலிலும், மாண்புமிகு தற்போதைய பள்ளிக்கல்வித் துறை அமைச்சர் திரு.ராஜ்மோகன் அவர்களுடனும் இணைந்து, இந்த நிலையை மாற்றுவதற்காகவே நாங்கள் தொடர்ந்து செயல்படுவோம்.

அரசியல் என்பது உண்மையை மூடிமறைப்பது அல்ல; நம் குழந்தைகளின் எதிர்காலத்தைப் பாதுகாப்பதுதான்!

Fix the system, selection process and training. More than that transparency is required in selection process rather than corruption and bias.

These parties & their leaders become obsolete. Vaiko become irrelevant in TN when his party formed alliance with DMK for the first time. People who know why he formed #MDMK in the first place can understand. Only thing he does is jumping ships regularly #TVK
