This is Aakashi Sanjiv Bhatt,
Today marks our father, Mr. Sanjiv Bhatt’s 61st birthday—his sixth spent behind bars, away from us. For over six years, he has been unjustly incarcerated, targeted for his unwavering commitment to truth, justice, and the ideals he holds sacred. These have been six long years of resilience, longing, courage, and an unyielding fight for what is right.
Birthdays in our home were always special. They weren’t just about cakes or gifts—they were about togetherness, laughter, and love. Our home would be filled with warmth and joy, with Dad’s voice booming as he celebrated with family and friends. But for the past six years, our home and hearts have been filled with a deafening silence, an emptiness that words cannot truly describe.
Amidst this dark, uphill battle, there was a glimmer of hope—a fleeting moment of relief. On December 7, 2024, a sessions court acquitted our father, Mr Sanjiv Bhatt in one of the fabricated cases designed by this vindictive regime to silence him. It was a small but significant victory – it was a moment of vindication, a reminder that truth, no matter how suppressed, has a way of breaking through. Yet the war is far from over. The truth our father stands for still remains buried under the weight of lies and subversion, and his freedom still eludes him. Our father, Mr. Sanjiv Bhatt, still remains cruelly imprisoned by a regime bent on breaking him, breaking us, and breaking the very soul of justice in this country.
For over two decades, our father has endured unimaginable persecution. His only “crime”? Speaking truth to power. Daring to expose injustice. Standing tall when others chose to bow. In a nation where the judiciary is crippled by its loyalty to this totalitarian regime, the fight ahead seems daunting and perilous; however, our fight for freedom, dignity, and justice continues and through it all, our father remains steadfast in his resolve: unbroken, unbent, and unbowed.
Dad – On this day, I just want you to know that you have and will always continue to been our hero! Your strength, courage, and unwavering sense of justice are the very foundation of everything Shan and I believe in. You’ve taught us that no matter how dark the night, we must keep walking toward the light. You’ve led by example, teaching us to stand tall, to raise our voices against injustice, and to never back down in the face of adversity. You dedicated your life to truth and justice, serving this nation and its citizens at great personal and professional cost. I hope you know that you have always been our greatest source of strength! Your courage inspires us every single day, showing us what it truly means to live with dignity and purpose. You remind us that the fight for truth is never in vain, even when the odds seem insurmountable.
Dad, we miss you terribly! Every day, we long for your voice, your wisdom, your love, and your warmth. Even though you are physically far from us, your presence is felt in everything we do.
Today, especially, I wish we could hug you, hear your laughter, and tell you in person how very proud we are to be your family!!
Happy Birthday, Papa!!
We love you more than words can ever express. You are our strength, our inspiration, and our guiding light!
The day isn’t far when we will celebrate together again, in the warmth of our home. We will not rest until you are free, and justice is truly delivered!

Ever since the Prajwal Revanna videos surfaced, the Congress and BJP have been blaming each other. Now the blame game has reached ridiculous levels. The JD(S) has joined in saying this is a game to finish off the party and Vokkaliga strength. PM has done his bit saying Congress is responsible without being aware about the timeline of the assaults and he wasn't asked much further. Anyway, it seems all these parties were aware of either the full extent of the problem or a part of it for a long time. No one did anything. Now, as the most powerful leaders fight it out before cameras, imagine what they are doing to the women and their families. Who would have the courage to come and file complaints? What is the assurance they have that you all will not compromise them for your petty political fights? Soon, they wil be called fake complainants, their caste, their background and everything would be media fodder for further conspiracies. The only people who suffered and will continue to suffer are the women.
There are only two angles to this story. 1. Will Prajwal Revanna get punished? 2. Who leaked the videos of women unblurred? That cannot be solved with a political slugfest, the police have to do it. And with the current political atmosphere, how will they? Or rather, how can they?
I love the fact at how Twitter bots now use folks complaining on Twitter to get confidential information from them. Let's see how many get back to me because I'm really upset with some imaginary flight that has been canceled by @lufthansa and new flight delayed!
AI hype is beginning to resemble the web3 and metaverse hype trains before it. No matter where you look on Twitter, you see folks making bold claims about the recent advances in AI.
Three sad realities of growing a Twitter following converge in the case of trends like metaverse in 2021, web3 in 2022, and AI in 2023:
1. Writing about trending topics works.
2. Making readers feel “I can’t believe that!” drives things to go viral.
3. Companies building on the latest trend are eager to advertise with large accounts.
This means that content creators have every incentive - from growth to engagement and monetization - to be as excited and uncritical as possible. As a result, every progression in AI is heralded as the next big thing.
The latest dubious claim from this hype train is that AutoGPT signals a turn to Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). This is usually accompanied by ominous pictures of Mr. Smith from The Matrix.
But, the fact is: GPT-4 and AutoGPT aren’t close to artificial general intelligence (AGI).
GPT-4 is dumb. It’s like the person at work who always sounds good, but never actually guides the company toward good decisions. GPT-4 sounds really smart. But it’s just a large language model (LLM). Its faculty with language and code has pulled the veil over everyone’s eyes.
GPT-4 can write beautifully for you. It can reconstruct what you want to say in one-hundred different ways. It can search the web and piece together intelligence from different parts of the web much faster than any human.
But once you ask GPT-4 to make hard decisions for you, it loses any ability to actually analyze the situation. That’s because it’s just a language model. It lacks a logical-semantic underneath to understand what it’s writing.
Auto-GPT is even dumber. For the 99.9% of people who can’t get off the GPT-4 waitlist, it runs on GPT-3.5. So it’s already at a disadvantage. On top of that, it’s just a large language model that can run other large language models. Its ability to give itself tasks has fooled everyone into thinking it’s a breakthrough.
GPT-4 and Auto-GPT have many limitations as artificial intelligence systems. They do not have a deep or broad understanding of the meaning or context of what they generate. They do not have a robust or flexible ability to reason, learn, or adapt beyond their training data. They do not have a clear or reliable way to explain their outputs or correct their mistakes. They do not have a direct or effective way to interact with the real world or achieve any goals.
These are some of the essential features of artificial general intelligence (AGI). AGI is the ability of a machine to perform any intellectual task that a human can do. AGI is not just a bigger or better version of GPT-4 or Auto-GPT. AGI is a fundamentally different kind of intelligence that requires new approaches and paradigms.
So don’t fall for the hype that we have “baby AGI.” Most of that is actually just semantic confusion, because one of the AutoGPT projects is named BabyAGI (made by my inimitable Twitter friend Yohei Inakajima).
These projects are a great step towards AGI, but they are not AGI.
We built an interactive tool to infer Indian journalists' polarity using politicians' tweets
TL;DR
Star journalists v polarized
BJP engages more anchors/commentators
INC/AAP more beat journalists
AAP high press engagement
Many party favorite journalists join politics

Incredible @Reuters graphic - in the early 70s, more than 68% of Bengaluru was covered in vegetation. By late 90s, the city's green cover had dropped to around 45% and by 2021 to less than 3% of its total area | https://t.co/PYnkFCe5ZX via @DevjyotGhoshal@tweetsfromnivi
Imagine if all photos you saw on Twitter looked like this?
You’d feel like you were missing out, wouldn’t you?
I’m blind & this is what I see.
But YOU can change this by simply hitting the ALT (alternative text) button & adding an image description. It’s that easy!
Another common question I’m answering working with scaling tech companies is…
Q. What’s the worst leadership advice you’ve heard?
A. By far the worst is “Hire great people and get out of their way”.
Let me explain… 🧵 (1/32)
For the past two weeks, I've been targeted in an extremely thorough social engineering scam that nearly cost me all of my ETH. I'm super lucky to have made it through unscathed. Here's the story 👇
