திமுக ஆட்சியில் தாராளமாக தாரைவார்க்கப்பட்ட தமிழ்நாடு மருத்துவர்களின் உரிமைகளை மீட்டெடுத்து வரலாறு படைத்துள்ளது மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர் அவர்களின் தலைமையிலான தவெக அரசு.

கடந்த கால திமுக ஆட்சியில், தங்களின் நிர்வாகத் திறமையின்மையாலும், மெத்தனப் போக்கினாலும் தமிழகத்திற்கு உரிய உயர் சிறப்பு (Super Speciality) மருத்துவ இடங்களை அகில இந்திய ஒதுக்கீட்டிற்கு (All India Quota) தாராளமாக தாரைவார்த்துவிட்டு, இன்று மக்கள் செல்வாக்கை இழந்து அமர்ந்திருக்கும் திரு. ஸ்டாலின் @mkstalin அவர்கள் தவறான தகவல்களின் அடிப்படையிலும், பொய்களின் அடிப்படையிலும் முதலைக் கண்ணீர் வடிப்பது வேடிக்கையாக உள்ளது.

கடந்த ஆண்டுகளில் உயர் சிறப்பு மருத்துவ கலந்தாய்வு முடிந்தபின், மாநில ஒதுக்கீட்டில் அரசு மருத்துவர்களை கொண்டு நிரப்ப முடியாத இடங்கள் அனைத்தும் எவ்வித நிபந்தனையும் இன்றி அகில இந்திய தொகுப்பிற்கு (All India Quota) ஒப்படைக்கப்பட்டன.

அவ்வாறு ஒப்படைக்கப்பட்ட பிறகு, அவ்விடங்களை ஒன்றிய அரசு குறைந்தபட்ச தகுதி மதிப்பெண்களை (Cut-off) குறைத்து, அகில இந்திய தரவரிசைப் பட்டியல் (All India merit list) மூலம் நிரப்பி வந்தது. இதனால் தமிழ்நாட்டு அரசு மருத்துவர்கள் பெரிதும் பாதிக்கப்பட்டனர்.

குறிப்பாக, கடந்த ஆட்சிக் காலங்களில் 2024-ல் 119 இடங்களும், 2025-ல் 145 இடங்களும் அகில இந்திய தொகுப்பிற்கு ஒப்படைக்கப்பட்டன என்பது மறுக்க முடியாத வரலாறு. அதனால் தமிழ்நாடு மருத்துவர்களின் வாய்ப்புகள் முற்றிலும் பறிபோனதை இந்த நாடே அறியும்.

அன்று நீங்கள் இழைத்த வரலாற்றுத் துரோகத்தை மூடிமறைக்க, இன்று எங்கள் மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு முதல்வர் அவர்களின் தலைமையிலான தவெக அரசு பெற்ற வெற்றியை சகித்துக் கொள்ள முடியாமல், வெற்று அறிக்கை ஒன்றை நீங்கள் வெளியிட்டதன் மூலம் உங்கள் அரசின் தவறுகளையும், தோல்விகளையும் மறந்திருந்த மக்களுக்கு நீங்களே மீண்டும் நினைவுப்படுத்தியுள்ளீர்கள்.

இந்த ஆண்டு, 151 உயர்சிறப்பு மருத்துவ இடங்கள் காலியாக இருந்தபோதும், முந்தைய ஆட்சியைப் போல அவற்றை உடனடியாக ஒப்படைக்க நமது அரசு மறுத்துவிட்டது. அரசு மருத்துவர்களின் நலனைப் பாதுகாக்கும் பொருட்டு தகுதி மதிப்பெண் (Cut-off) குறைக்கப்படமாட்டாது என்ற திட்டவட்டமான உத்தரவாதம் அளித்தால் மட்டுமே இடங்கள் ஒப்படைக்கப்படும் என்ற உறுதியான நிலைப்பாட்டை எடுத்து, உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தில் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு சட்டப் போராட்டத்தை முன்னெடுத்தது.

தவெக அரசு உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தில் நடத்திய சமரசமற்ற, தீவிரமான சட்டப் போராட்டத்தின் விளைவாகத்தான் நேற்றைய தினம் தமிழ்நாட்டிற்கு ஆதரவான வரலாற்றுச் சிறப்புமிக்க தீர்ப்பு கிடைத்துள்ளது.

தலைசிறந்த சட்ட வல்லுநர்களின் பங்களிப்பு தமிழ்நாடு அரசின் சார்பில் மாநில உரிமைகளையும் அரசு மருத்துவர்களின் எதிர்காலத்தையும் பாதுகாப்பதற்காக, உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தில் வாதாட மூத்த வழக்கறிஞர் டாக்டர். அபிஷேக் மனு சிங்வி உள்ளிட்ட தலைசிறந்த சட்ட வல்லுநர்கள் நியமிக்கப்பட்டனர்.

உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தின் 28.07.2026 தேதியிட்ட உத்தரவின் முக்கிய அம்சங்கள்:

நிரப்பப்படாமல் உள்ள 151 உயர் சிறப்பு மருத்துவ (Super Speciality) இடங்களை 29.07.2026 அன்று DGHS-இடம் திருப்பி ஒப்படைத்து, அதே தகுதி மதிப்பெண் (Cut-off) அடிப்படையில் மட்டுமே இரண்டாம் கட்ட கலந்தாய்வு நடத்தப்பட வேண்டும் என உச்சநீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.

மிக முக்கிய சட்டப் பாதுகாப்பு:

ஒருவேளை இரண்டாம் கட்ட கலந்தாய்விற்குப் பிறகு, நிரப்பப்படாத மருத்துவ இடங்கள் இருப்பின் அதனை நிரப்புவதற்காக தகுதி மதிப்பெண் குறைக்க முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டால், அந்த இடங்களில் 50% இடங்கள் உடனடியாக தமிழ்நாடு அரசிற்கே (மாநில அரசு மருத்துவர்களுக்கு) திருப்பி அளிக்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்ற நமது வாதங்களை ஏற்று உச்சநீதிமன்றம் தற்பொழுது உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.

முந்தைய ஆண்டுகளில் நடந்ததைப் போல, ஒட்டுமொத்த இடங்களும் பறிபோகும் என்ற நிலை முற்றிலுமாக மாற்றப்பட்டு, தகுதி மதிப்பெண் (Cut-off) குறைக்கப்பட்டால், காலியாக உள்ள இடங்களில் 50% இடங்கள் கட்டாயமாகத் தமிழ்நாட்டிற்கே திரும்ப வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்ற உரிமையை தவெக அரசு நிலைநாட்டியுள்ளது.

தமிழ்நாடு மருத்துவர்களின் நலனையும், மாநில உரிமைகளையும் அடகு வைத்த திமுக, இனிமேலும் மக்களை ஏமாற்ற முடியாது. மாநில சுயாட்சியையும், மருத்துவக் கல்வி உரிமைகளையும் பாதுகாப்பதில் மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர் அவர்களின் தலைமையிலான தவெக அரசு எப்போதும் ஒரு படி முன்னேதான் இருக்கும் என்பதை உறுதியுடன் தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறேன்.

We welcome genuine questions. We will always answer them with facts, performance, and governance - not propaganda or divisive politics.

If you still believe outdated political theatrics and identity-based narratives can distract the people of Tamil Nadu, it’s time to come up with a better script. The old playbook no longer works.

The DMK ecosystem is attacking me that the school issue I reported was a lie I concocted to help the TVK government. Let me state the facts.

We run two rural schools, both free NIOS schools under the Kalaivani Kalvi Maiyam umbrella, one in rural Tenkasi and the other in rural Theni.

The Theni school was originally started and run by a retired IPS officer, a honest and upright man. He built very nice facilities but had to shut down his CBSE school because the state government demanded too much money to issue the NOC. He told me that as a honest retired officer he did not have the money to pay and they would not issue the NOC otherwise.

He urged us to take over his trust so we could run our free NIOS school in the premises. That is how we started our NIOS school in Theni.

Unlike in Tenkasi, where I live, the Theni school faced occasional harassment from the DMK government because we did not have a state government registration, so we tried getting state government approval again (this time for the state board) and that of course would also cost money. So it was in a limbo.

Meanwhile in Tenkasi we wanted to build new school facilities (we were operating in make-shift facilities, the ones that came in frequent photos) and we applied for DTCP approval to construct the new buildings. Everyone who knows DTCP in our state knows what kind of corruption happened there under the DMK.

We waited patiently for DTCP approval for the new school buildings but the approval never came as long as the DMK was in power. The approval came automatically once the government changed.

It is this DTCP approval that I posted about in X. I want to once again appreciate the refreshing change.

Not only did the approvals come, government people told us not to pay money to anyone for any approvals. I have to appreciate this in public, having endured what we had endured before.

This is the "lie" that DMK wants to attack me on.

I do not need their certificate on my character.
They can examine their conscience and ask why a technology nerd like me who is mostly immersed in code would post these.

If they think I would back down by their vile personal attacks because I am a Brahmin or TVK Stooge or Sanghi or whatever, I will tell them this: unlike you dynasts I grew up with nothing. I studied in Tamil medium schools. I know how to live on nothing. I have dedicated the remainder of my life to make Bharat self reliant in technology while reviving our rural areas, the soul of our eternal sanatana civilization.

I will not be intimidated by their attacks. I am unafraid of death, why would I be afraid of the mere DMK?

And if they had any conscience they can return the money they looted (they know there they keep it) and then they can attack my character.

I will now go back to optimizing the code of our compiler!
