@googlemaps its been thousand times that i have been asking google maps to update the road. The road is correct in all other maps. This road is pathway not a motorway through which bike cannot pass. This results in poor delivery experience.

Every ecom and courier provide service to my pincode and address. Totally shameless service from you. If you dont want to deliver dont accept orders to pincode 180013 and dont waste our time. Disgusting company. My pin code is 180013 not 180007.

@DTDCIndia ship id : P5000926223 Third class service by dtdc. If you cant deliver to my pincode why you accept orders from sender. Just because a word janipur is written and you dont have office in janipur every time i have to go 10 km and collect order from your headoffice (1/n)

@JPDCLofficial The transformer of our basant nagar janipur locality was changed two days back. But the new transformer is of lower capacity than original one. Due to this when ever load increases transformer trips. Electricity comes for a few seconds and then goes off. Plz chk.

Its been so long now. From last 4 days stuck at same place. Yesterday instead of providing resolution ur executive resechduled the delivery date as today but still parcel is not out for delievry. Waste of customer time.
