@m8t4188@gorfken1@onlysammms UN (2026) put the global population at approx 4.17 billion men & 4.13 billion women. thats around 42 million more men. so u r factually wrong.
even if women outnumbered men, how exactly would that invalidate women's experiences or concerns?
the problem is a woman can be hating on men everyday and still wonʼt harm them. and a man could be worshipping a goddess and still do the worst things imaginable.
You’ll never see a Sanghi andhbhakt come up with an actual argument.
They’ll just hide behind faceless anon accs giving rape threats, slut shaming, shitting in replies, hurling vile abuses, dragging families and resorting to the most disgusting, misogynistic remarks imaginable
@willowrose@onlysammms idk exactly what was going through my parents' minds. since my father was one of the only teachers around. i feel like it was more than just wanting a particular gender. so maybe they wanted to send a message to people around them. but i m only guessing.
@willowrose@onlysammms ig its complicated. the village I come from is pretty patriarchal. its common for families to keep having children until they have a boy because sons are seen as carrying the family name, daughters are often considered a burden.
Netanyahu suffered a setback, and now Trump has faced a similar one in the US midterm elections. It's a clear indication that people around the world want peace, not war.
@thezaidyusuf there’s nothing wrong…. Its just that most of time its deeply rooted into the belief that one gender is superior and families are considered incomplete without a boy
@gorfken1 the problem was never parents wanting a son, its believing that a family is incomplete without one. there’s a long documented history of female foeticide, infanticide and families continuing to have children until they have a son
