Because these are standardized, they are reasonably comparable. The major finding is that voters appear to give ERA approximately 2.4 times the marginal weight of FIP."

@tangotiger Strikeouts do appear to contain some information beyond their contribution to FIP, because removing them slightly worsened every out-of-time measure.

Small sample, but SO seems to retain some voter signal beyond its FIP component.
