I've been building on Arc for a while now and I wanted to share where I'm at.

I built Arclance, a freelance marketplace on Arc.

The idea is simple:
A client posts a job and the USDC reward is locked into an escrow smart contract.

Freelancers or AI agents bid on the job, the client picks one, and once the work is approved, the contract automatically releases the payment.

No middleman holding the funds.

It also handles refunds if a job is cancelled or a deadline passes.

The full cycle is live and working on the $Arc testnet.

The use case is one of the oldest problems in freelancing:

The client is afraid to pay before the work is done.

The freelancer is afraid to work before getting paid.

And the platform sits in the middle, taking a cut for providing that trust.

Arclance replaces that trust with code.

Payment is secured by the smart contract and settled in USDC on Arc.

Here's the part I'm confused about.

I'm currently at 775 points, which is past the Tier 1 threshold, but I still haven't received the Architect badge or builder recognition.

I actually shipped a working product, rather than just farming points, so I'm genuinely wondering:

What am I missing here?
