@lennysan Hot take: Palantir has had a lot of success and done many things well, but I wouldn't hold up their approach to building products as a model to be replicated.
@cwodtke So glad you said this. As a product person I feel compelled to push for "product-led" but I'm not actually sure what that means or that it's the best approach. Not sure how productive the alternatives are - I think I prefer customer-centric, mission-driven, or "just" strategic
