@JioCare @TRAI I would like to lodge a complaint against @reliancejio @JioCare of not providing services as expected, there hasn't been any delays in making the monthly payments as expected to get the services. one of my request hasn't been worked by Jio even called many times

@reliancejio @JioCare Jio isn't capable of providing services to its customers. I logged several complaints however, all were closed without providing any resolutions. Its time to change the service provider in my locality (Noida)

@JioCare Jio only provides fake commitment to its customers and is unable to resolve my issue. The service in my area is pathetic and poor customer service, really disappointed with such kind of attitude and feels like time to change the service provider
