China is a product of extremely bright BUT beyond words, hard working people. Nobody in the world can match them.

Their export success is about amazing tech & quality BUT also amazing customer service, relentless followup months and years after selling even a 200 dollar device... All done by kids of 25-28. Get around 30k-40k INR equivalent.

Around Rakhi a few days ago, most people from Wednesday said " Sir holiday mood hai..." Rakhi was Friday.
An employee said:" Sir won't be available Saturday because of Rakhi"

I said:" Rakhi is 5 minutes affair. Isme 3-4 days busy... For what???"

In my time, Rakhi was 2 minutes: back from school, do this Rakhi thingy with 3 sisters, over in minutes, back to work.

Remember one thing:

That's South Asia: all mired in the same per Capita GDP zone: India was 16 percentile in 1991. 25 percentile now. Pak, BD, SL in the same quartile.

And look at Vietnam and China... look at Poland.
