As public officials and politicians rush to welcome Alex Eala home with airport photo ops and congratulatory messages… 😉
Let’s not forget history.
Back in 2020, the Philippine Sports Commission publicly stated that it had provided ₱4.5 million in support for Alex Eala.
Alex’s mother publicly said they had not received those funds. It was only after her public denial that the PSC edited its post.
If the money was approved, where did it end up?
Was this ever investigated?
If it was, what were the findings?
If not, why not?
These aren’t political questions.
They’re accountability questions.
