Huawei Pura X View is one of the smartphones that has impressed me the most recently.

You can think of it as a non-foldable version of the Pura X. As you all know, I’ve always loved phones with narrow bezels, and the Pura X View takes this to the extreme with 1.05mm symmetrical bezels and a 96.1% screen-to-body ratio.

What attracts me even more is its unconventional 16:9.5 display aspect ratio. At a time when most slab phones are becoming increasingly similar, the Pura X View immediately feels different. Its wider, more expansive display, combined with those ultra-thin bezels, gives it a sense of freshness that’s increasingly rare among today’s flagship phones.

I’m always drawn to products that are willing to experiment with smartphone proportions and form factors, and the Pura X View is exactly that kind of phone.
