संघ के कुछ लोगों का स्वाभिमान अब सार्वजनिक घमंड में परिवर्तित हो चुका है। समालोचना करना आपके कई कार्यों में से एक है, परंतु बुढ़ापे में फुटेज खाने के लिए इंद्रेश कुमार टाइप के लोग जो कर रहे हैं, वह मूर्खता ही है।

जिसका जीवन इफ्तारी खाने और टोपी पहन कर शबेबारात मनाने में बीता है, वो राम के नाम पर जो ज्ञानवर्षा कर रहे हैं, न करें तो गाली कम पड़ेगी।

ये सुबह जगते हैं और सोचते हैं कि मैं जो हूँ, वो क्यों हूँ? मेरी बातें न कहीं छप रही हैं, न कोई पढ़ रहा है, न ट्वीट पर रीट्वीट हो रहे हैं… मेरे अस्तित्व का आधार है क्या? मैं कर क्या रहा हूँ इस भूमि पर!

फिर एक माइक मुँह के साम��े आता है और सोचते हैं कि दर्शन शास्त्र की बातें बोल देता हूँ, राम और एंटी-राम, लोग भी सोचेंगे कि इंद्रेश जी ने कौन-सा खजूर खा कर यह सोचा होगा।

जब मोहन भागवत के कथनों को सुनता हूँ और इंद्रेश कुमार सप्लीमेंट्री एक्टिंग करते हैं, तब लगता है कि भाजपा को वास्तव में अपना ही बूथ लेवल तक मैनेज करने की चेष्टा करनी चाहिए। उन्हें प्रशिक्षित करो और इन प्रासंगिकता ढूँढते लोगों को ‘सांस्कृतिक संगठन’ ही रहने दो।

इस आयु में, दो बार अप्रत्याशित बहुमत की सरकार में क्या संघ के लोगों को कोई लाभ नहीं मिला? इनके पदाधिकारी क्या सरकारी सुरक्षा या सेवाएँ नहीं ले रहे? इनके लोग क्या सासंद-विधायक नहीं बन रहे?

इसी मोदी ने वह सब संभव किया है वरना यही संघ भाजपा के लिए 150-180 सीट जैसे लक्ष्य ले कर चुनाव लड़ने की योजना बनाया करता था। जब मोदी अपने सबसे अशक्त क्षण में होते हुए भी, सारे गंभीर मंत्रालयों की कुंजी भाजपा के पास रखे हुए है, तब संघ के अधिकारियों से प्रलाप शोभा नहीं देते।

संघ को मोहन भागवत के भाषण के बाद ही पूरे ढाँचे में इस पर आगे कुछ न बोलने का निर्देश पारित कर देना चाहिए था। सरसंघचालक अभिभावक होते हैं, उनका दायित्व बड़ा है, बोल भी दिया तो सम्मान के साथ लोग सुन लेंगे। पर इंद्रेश कुमार? तुम्हारे कारण संघ केवल गालियाँ सुनता है। तुम भी ज्ञान दोगे मोदी को?
