I actually laughed. 😭😂

Not because I was making fun of anyone...

But because my first thought was...

«"Yep. That's our JL."»

The more I become his fan, the more I realize one thing.

JL has never been the type of person to put on a mask.

He's kind. He's respectful. He's appreciative.

But he's also... brutally honest.

Hindi siya yung klase ng tao na magsasabi ng gusto mong marinig para lang mapasaya ka. Kapag may gusto siyang sabihin, sasabihin niya. Kapag may paninindigan siya, paninindigan niya. Hindi siya plastic, at hindi siya mahilig mag-pretend.

And honestly...

I admire that about him. 🤍

Nowadays, it's becoming rare to find celebrities who are willing to be genuine, even knowing they'll probably be misunderstood. Most people choose the safest answer. The answer that pleases everyone.

JL doesn't seem to be built that way.

And while that honesty can sometimes sting...
