@TheSims moola was the worst thing you’ve ever introduced to the game. Any of your packs purchased with moola that have interactive items in it are completely not functional. 5 1/2 hours dealing with 5 different reps on support and still not one of them knew how to resolve this..

@NianticHelp I think someone needs to do further investigation because America was absolutely affected. The go fest experience was ruined for many of us & it feels like a total waste of time and money. Giving people another day to spend more money on the game is an actual joke.

@NianticHelp I’ve experienced a 0% shiny rate on raids… as someone who can only remote this year that’s very frustrating as I’ve done over 40 raids. It feels like every event I’m spending all of my money just to get a compensation shiny later because something went wrong on niantics end..
