@EuropaAdAstra I see, that is a great shame. The biggest issue I see in Europe is ”high-skilled” immigration from outside of the EU, something even the SPD seems to be for. Tough situation! I would probably abstain if I were German.
@EuropeanPan@pl_european It’s more tied to prole culture than anything else, not guilt. All populist parties (and Trump) are more popular among lower income voters.
@EuropaAdAstra There is a crisis of lack of quality individuals in the populist parties of Europe, and it often shines through with ties to Russia, Israel or other suicidal topics of interest. They cannot work.
@EuropaAdAstra Despite this, the narrative is still that the populist right are the real ”saviours”, while agreeing to more lenient policies to asian workforce migration than the Social Democrats. One has to get out of the discourse to see who is actually competent to implement societal change.
@Cotinast@EuropeanPan Even from a meta-political perspective if you only care about remigration, you can’t attract people to the idea if it’s your only schtick and you force it in everywhere. You need to participate in society to change it.
@Cotinast@EuropeanPan I do care. I also care about Russian aggression and welcome efforts to stifle it, even if those who do are not strong on remigration. I also care about the EU, architecture, culture etc. and won’t abandon such issues on the basis of remigration. You are isolating yourselves.
My timeline is chock full of Orban apologia, claiming that Hungary is “lost to the third world” now that he’s gone, even though Magyar is a conservative against migration.
These accounts coincidentally promote Vance, are hostile to Ukraine, and are silent on Israel/Iran…
@uberboyo An AI doesn’t think. It follows weighted nodes that end up as something similar to what is in its data set. ”What is likely to be the next step here based on the data I have consumed?”. The pattern it finds is created by humans, it can’t access the world of forms.
@EuropaAdAstra This seems like the future of the populist parties of Europe at large, leaving ethnic worries and regressing into some generic ”anti-globalism”. Can’t really expect anything else from parties who have spent their whole ascension arguing for why they are not racists.
@amatorzyna@Aesir_97_@Tom_Rowsell@TheGloriousLion You don’t get to blame your failure to enforce your borders on Germany. This is ridiculous.
If someone tries to break through your ”closed” border, you should obviously use violence to repel them.
@Aesir_97_@Tom_Rowsell@TheGloriousLion Regardless if that’s true or not, does that mean Poland should keep letting migrants into Germany? I fail to see how Germany is in the wrong here. They are trying to limit immigration in the only way possible, keep them from crossing the border.
@SplendorEternal This is the result of the crown-prince deciding to marry a commoner with kids of her own. He is not of noble birth, it’s more emblematic of commoner degeneracy entering royalty.
@MarvinTBaumann More democracy won’t change it for the better. The problem is weak leadership enabled by poorly managed national leadership.
Democracy has not saved Sweden or Germany from decades of mismanagement.
