Your website doesn’t allow us to make outage reports and we receive texts that our power has been restored.

@lumaenergypr Impossible that 95% of clients have service. Urbanization Beverly Hills. Power has been out for 4 days. We get texts saying the power has been restored and our ticket completed. Now we get errors when we try to report our outage!
6 hrs (and counting) flight delay due to “controllable” issues (mechanical failures) by @FlyFrontier and they’re now refusing a refund or voucher despite the gate agents assuring us we’d receive one.

Looks like @SouthwestAir just let our bags sit in the pouring rain all day. Including during our (unexplained) flight delays. Every item in every bag is completely soaked. Mother’s Day cards ruined .all our clothes wet and unwearable. My daughters books, makeup. All Ruined.
Another breakdown? Is this the same one from yesterday that was “fixed” last night? Or a new one today? Now Over 24 hrs with no water. No info when we call. No help from your company. No response here where you give us these “updates” @ACUEDUCTOSPR@MunGuaynabo

Day 3 of no water in our neighborhood. no communication from the water co. No explanation for the reason. No estimate on when it will be restored. No credits on our bills to offset the cost of buying water. No answers or help from @ACUEDUCTOSPR unacceptable customer service
