So many models are infinitely better than U.S. For some reason (rhetorical) we are stuck w/ an inequitable system that saddles people w/ debt, has practitioners taking their lives, long wait times, is as bigoted as it gets, & doesn't use best practice models for delivery.

No one wants to return to asylums, but what you are omitting is all the suffering that so many people with SPMIs endure because we have nowhere to house them and allow for stabilization before they choose what is best for them. #autonomous
