Recent example of changes to language use in Peterborough & Cambs (NWAFT) includes moving from the "Birth Afterthoughts" to the "Birth Reflections" service.

One of the things that I love about children is how rank & role is of no importance to them.All they wanted to do was feed @JavedKhanCEO their orange scented play dough pizzas & show him their dinosaurs. Very proud of all our children & team for being their authentic selves today

@parcelforce Thanks for your help. Parcel now collected from Ryhall. The staff there confirmed that a new driver dropped off around 15 parcels around 16th Oct- none of them have had delivery cards left and all recipients have had to track them down.

@parcelforce massively disappointed that request for redelivery has been ignored. Tracker says my parcel has now been delivered to “a post office”. No card left. No idea which post office it’s been taken to. It’s not at the only post office we have in Stamford. Shocking service!
