@WyndhamCEO when you spend all your money for a family vacation and don’t get what you paid for. Make sure when you ask for a handicap room you actually get one or you won’t be able to step into the two foot deep shower!

@WyndhamCEO booked a hearing/mobility hotel room for 6 nights at the Deerfield, Fl location. They didn’t have it available upon arrival! My 77 year old mom couldn’t access the shower! Where’s my refund? I guess they don’t accommodate people with disabilities.
