“Protect your daughters.”
NO.
Raise sons who intervene.
Raise sons who understand consent.
Raise sons who DO NOT protect their friends when their friends harm women.
Florence Pugh calls on more men to speak out against violence on women in response to the Cornell University group sexual assault case:
“This is really the moment where we need our men to be as horrified and as sickened as us. You need to be leading conversations about how we change the allowance and complicity of this behaviour as much as we are. How can you expect us to trust that it's "not all men" when in moments like this, many of you stay quiet?”
@enews to me, the show is not exactly emmy worthy, altho i understand people liking it as a show. and there are great performances like that russian guy. but ultimately the main issue is the writing.
I’m waking this up again cuz that NY post article weird as fuck. I have no problems against wasians (especially wasians who connect with their Asian side) but when you’re SEA, South Asian, Blasian, or any half Asian that isn’t white, we get excluded for some reason.
everyday i’m vindicated for everything i said about the WASIAN meetup 😭 the organizers of it are doing interviews and they’ve learned absolutely nothing lol
It’s kinda funny that the term “wasian” only started because “blasian” was coined first. White people, even mixed with Asian, will always hop off the ideas from black people like they did with “stop Asian hate” :)

Coldest take maybe ever but truly not enough can ever be said about the Hunger Games franchise taking its source material seriously in every aspect of production including their promotional material
